Can you possibly provide samples only (renting samples)?
Yes, we can. When you are programming (HTML) and hosting the survey, we request infoQ members to put answering data in your server. In this case, it is required the cooperation with the membership management system. Please contact us for more information.

We estimate it in each case. Please feel free to contact us.

3. Schedule

How long does it take until the date of delivery?
In case of sample supply ( leading panel to our survey site), we deliver in three business days after survey URL is sent.※1 In case of programming and hosting (we make a survey site), we deliver raw data in five business days after we sent you the final poll.※2 ※1：Schedule can vary depending on the amount of collected samples and condition of clients.Please contact our representatives for more information. ※2：Schedule can vary depending on the amount of collected samples and condition of clients.Please contact our representatives for more information.。

4. Outputs

Can I confirm the out-put samples?
Yes you can. Please contact us and we will send you a sample file.

5. Our Questionnaire system

Can you possibly rent your questionnaire system? If so, could you tell me its function?
Yes, we can. We can rent systems such as divergence, selection randomization, picture insert. We also have customizing service for the high quality system by request. Please contact us(※) (※)We don’t have the rental service for this.

Please tell me how to build and manage the panel
[ Panel building policy] We provide the panel building policy for research only panel. We operate the lead that specifies the recruitment of online research panel, excluding the lead from the sites against public order and standards of decency (the sites that can hurt our trust and dignity, such as porn and gambling). ［the method of panel building］ We operate the traffic lead such as direct mail banner as the lead from outside, and expansion of the panel by marketing transfer of research panel from other companies in accordance with the panel building policy. We also aggressively operate introduce-to-friends campaign as an appeal from inside panel and the lead by word of month.
